Minor Details®, based in Lincolnshire, IL and serving the
crafting community for several years, is a privately owned distributor
with an extensive collection of beads, Swarovski crystals, hair
clips, jewelry, findings, clasps, silver, headbands, tools and
much more. We sell to resellers and end-users alike for any
arts & crafts needs or simply for personal enjoyment. Our
pricing is quite competitive as we buy in bulk and pass the
savings on to you.
With personal attention from our professional and reliable team,
consumers will be sure their experience warrants a return. We
strive to bring you a variety of products at reasonable prices.
We are continually adding to our product selection. If
you have a suggestion, please email us as many of the products
are added from buyer suggestions. We know that when you shop
online that you want to be able to purchase multiple items from
one source and minimize the shipping charges. We believe we
accomplish this through a larger selection and by maintaining
shipping and handling charges at reasonable rates. Our
merchandise is shipped worldwide, with combined shipping available,
and shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. We use quality
shipping supplies to ensure that your items arrive safely to
their destination. Most of our items are labeled so you do not
have to figure out how what you received matches to what you
ordered.

Shipping and Order Information
Combined Shipping
We do offer combined shipping. You will have up to 7 days to shop and still combine shipping.
We generally will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving
a cleared payment. eCheck payments generally take 4 business
days to clear in the US . Generally, we ship Monday through
Friday (some Saturdays as well) excluding US holidays. There
are other days that we may not be able to ship for some reason.
You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped
that will include an electronic tracking number if shipped to
a US address. This tracking number is mostly used to show that
the package was delivered to the Post Office and that the package
arrived as opposed to being able to track it along the way.
All orders are processed in Illinois and shipped from Lincolnshire,
Illinois.
Insurance
Insurance is offered on US orders. The rates are as follows:
$1.65 ................ $0.01 to $50
$2.05 ................ $50.01 to $100
$2.45 ................ $100.01 to $200
$4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300
$5.50 ................ $300.01 to $400
$6.40 ................ $400.01 to $500
We now offer free 1st class shipping on orders up to 12 ounces
and over $75.00. All orders over 12 ounces would go Priority
mail and would be discounted by $2.00. International orders
would also be eligible for the $2.00 discount. Enter code: 002
in the promotion box to receive the discount.
USA SHIPMENTS
First Class Mail – This service is offered
on orders up to 12 ounces. All crystal, silver, and gold-filled
items may be combined for one low shipping price of $2.50. Delivery
times should range from 2 to 3 business days. We include electronic
delivery confirmation on each order at no extra charge. This
service indicates the date and time of delivery but does not
show continuous progress as with UPS.
Priority Mail – Prices start at $4.60 for orders
12 ounces and up. Electronic delivery confirmation is included
with Priority Mail. This service indicated the date and time
of delivery but does not show continuous progress. Delivery
times range from 1 to 2 business days.
Express Mail – If you need something express
mail, please contact us to see if it is possible. We offer this
on a very limited basis.
UPS Ground – In many cases, we will offer you
this option. UPS orders include $100 of insurance and offer
better tracking than the 1st class service from the US Post
Office and Priority Mail. We can only ship to a physical address
as UPS cannot ship to a PO Box.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Customs - All International orders will include
the green customs form up to 4 pounds. Each will be marked as
“other” unless other information is provided. Any
taxes and / or duties are the responsibility of the buyer /
recipient of the parcel.
First Class International – This is our preferred
method of shipment and is the lowest price offered. Shipping
times vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery times
range from 6-10 business days per the US Post Office.
Priority International – Should you need expedited
service swe can offer this method. Prices start at $9.00 USD
for Canada and $11.00 USD for all other countries.
CANADA SHIPMENTS
We ship all Canadian orders Global Priority
Other Countries
We ship all other International orders via First Class International
unless some other method is requested.
Payment Information
Payment Methods: Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Order, Cashier’s
Check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa. We do not
accept personal checks. When using a credit card, the billing
address and phone number associated with the account must match.
If they do not, the card will not be approved and this will
delay your order.

Paypal - If you want to send a payment directly
through paypal, click on the send money tab once you have logged
into your account. For the email address, enter minordtails@yahoo.com
. If you have an order number, please enter this so we may match
your order once the payment is received. If you do not receive
a “We shipped your order” notification within 24 hours of a
cleared payment (Excluding Saturdays and Sundays) please contact
us to make sure we received your payment. Orders paid through
our checkout system will get processed first.
Customer Service and Other Policies
eMail – We will make every effort to provide timely responses
to your email. While we have day hours posted, we do not have
someone watching emails come in all day long. If you feel that
we have been too slow to respond, please try to email us again
or try an alternate method as some emails do end up in spam
folders.
Live Help - You can reach us on Yahoo using: minordtails for
the user ID or minordtails@yahoo.com. On Windows or MSN Messenger
use minordtails@yahoo.com.
Lost Package - Seller is not responsible for a lost package.
If you have a concern, we recommend you get the insurance.
Return Policy - Minor Details would like you to be satisfied
with your purchase. However, we will accept returns, provided
they are authorized within 14 days from when the item was shipped.
The item (s) must be in the same condition as they were sent
to you. We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We will reimburse for the amount of the item(s) and not the
shipping and / or insurance that was paid.
Email us - Let us know what your intentions are and the reason
for the return. We will provide a return authorization to you.
If you put this on the package or a piece of paper inside the
envelope this will help us process the return faster.
Sales Tax - Illinois residents add 7.5% sales tax.
